2016 Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CRS, Unit was bought new two weeks ago, put on private property to live in while building a new home. The county issued a citation and we were informed that the only place you can park such a unit is in a RV park. New rules in Hillsborough County. Unit has every option available and had a list price of over 81,000 dollars. Its never been used , its new and can be bought for 65000 OBO. I have clear title, but not received from the state yet. My loss your gain. County says we cannot legally plug it in on private property.
