The Cedar Creek is in excellent condition with king bed, plumbing for W&D, beautiful cabinets, lazy boy recliners, and the convenience of the hydraulic leveling system. It's been to Colorado, Georgia, Texas, and a few campsites here in OK and that's it. Compare to the 2016's which are upwards of 100K and you'll find very little difference. I also have a 2011 Dodge 2500 diesel that would go with it for $33,500. It has 67,700 easy miles, near mint condition, with air bags for added support and stability, and a B&W turnover ball with Companion 5th wheel hitch. A great pair if purchased together for 70,000.
