RV is in excellent shape and has been lovingly cared for by me. It has all the bells and whistles, including a special closet that has washer and dryer hookups, a full glassed in shower in bathroom, an outdoor shower, a walk-around queen size bed and a very open floor plan for spaciousness. RV has three slide outs and a 17' awning in great shape with special tie downs for breezy conditions. I have just had her completely detailed with all the carpets freshly cleaned, so she is ready to move into and/or take on vacation. There is plenty of storage inside and out (a totally carpeted pass-through storage area under the front) and lots of extras I am including, such as pigtail for conversion from 30 to 50 amp and vice/versa (some campgrounds only have 30 amp), extra water hoses, a caterpillar holder for her gray/black water hose and more.....she also has two 8 gallon propane tanks with outside storage that automatically switches over when one is empty.
