If you are familiar with the Forest River and Cardinal name, you already know that this is a well constructed, quality unit. We have been extremely pleased with the performance and reliability we have experienced. This RV features electric jacks up front and inside and outside controls for the two slides, one bedroom and the other in the living/dining area. Recent (last 12 mos.) upgrades include 4 new tires, newly painted wheels, rebuild of furnace and water heater and new awning. Storage has been added under the steps up to the bedroom. There are two 30 gal. propane tanks that fuel the furnace, water heater and kitchen stove. The water heater will operate on propane or electricity. The roof mounted air conditioner does a great job of cooling when needed.For food preparation, the kitchen features a two door refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven and a microwave/exhaust fan. The bedroom features a king sized mattress and lots of storage space including a full width closet w/sliding mirrored doors, six drawers and five upper cabinet doors.For privacy, a full height accordian door closes the bedroom from the living area.You will see a hide-a-bed in the photos. We have not been using it but we have it and would provide it to the buyer at no cost.The entertainment package includes a radio/cd player and a 32" flat screen HD TV.Extras, if you wish, could include a 27 gal. Thetford Smart Tote (pictured), our Reese hitch which mounts in the bed of the tow vehicle and a water filter system plus fresh water and drain hoses.
