We are only the 2nd owners of this terrific unit. We only open up and use our camper during the summer months on some weekends at a beautiful and permanent Ohio River campsite. It is located only a few miles from historic Madison, Indiana. Recent additions to the unit include a new Exide battery, a one year old high quality king mattress, and a brand new high rise Dometic toilet. This camper has a great layout for entertaining with three slide-outs. The inside has a sleeper/couch, dining table, reclining love seat, and lots of overhead storage. There are many other amenities. Plenty of storage for all of your extras in three underneath basements. Top of the line equipment was installed when this unit was built. We have all of the paper work. When we purchased the unit and for added protection we also added slide out awnings.
