Priced to Sell at $47,000! This price is less than the lowest price I could find on the internet! This RV comes with a fully transferrable Gold, Premium, Extended Service Plan from Good Sam. This a beautiful 2014 40ft. long, Blue Ridge Fifth wheel, Model 3600RS, built by Forest River, which we must part with. My wife and I are unable to RV any longer due to medical reasons. We have enjoyed this for 2 seasons, and have had a great time! This was not our first 5th wheel, so we knew how to equip this one. From the 2 32in. TV's inside and theater seating to the outside 32in TV, which is so nice for those ball games or when the neighbors come by to visit. Inside, the 2 AC's are fully ducted overhead, the furnace is ducted under the floor, the double wide the refrigerator/freezer holds a ton of food and drink. The fireplace is remotely operated. There are so many amenities! But guys, the one I like best is the 6 point automatic leveling system! Simply push the button, and when it says "done" grab the hand remote and bring out the 4 slides and the awning, and you are well on the way to being set up! There's so much to talk about, like the auto fan in the kitchen (closes when it rains) Vacuum System, Super-wide shower with skylight, to the King-sized bed in the bedroom.
