Overall, a very nice unit that does show couch upholstery ware as seen in many RVs of this model year. Road-ready with six newer heavy-duty upgraded G Sailun tires. Batteries appear to be in good working order along with all other systems.

Entering through the main mid-section door is the main living area and a large kitchen with a double sink with covers, stove, and oven are inset in a cool blue lighted overhang with an exhaust fan. There is a full-sized residential-style refrigerator, a kitchen island, huge amounts of storage cabinets, and a pantry. Opposite the kitchen is a large full-size couch sleeper set in the slide-out with theater-style seating. On the opposite wall is a large TV with a fireplace under it.
In the master bedroom up front, you will find a Queen Bed, and plenty of room thanks to the bedroom slide-out, as well as privacy. There is a very large closet with a combo washer and dryer. Also, there is a full bath with a large shower off the hall.
The toy hauler garage with a separate exterior door in the rear includes two drop-down sofas that convert to a queen bed. There's a half bath off the garage, as well. In addition, there is a loft bunk accessible from the garage and main living area by two ladders that is the size of a queen bed for young and old to enjoy.
And unlike many toy haulers, the garage area includes an air conditioner, so once the toys are out, it makes a great space for a kids' bedroom, office, craft room, etc. The rear garage door drops down making for an enclosed patio for little ones or pets.
Unlike many other fifth wheels, this one includes three slides and three air conditioners, providing a spacious living area and lots of indoor and outdoor storage.
On the exterior, you have the traditional utility hookups, propane storage, automatic leveling jacks an exterior TV, and a roof access ladder with an inverter and solar charging. There are two large awnings for exterior patio enjoyment.
