This 2017 Georgetown 364TS has been well-traveled and cared for over the years and is ready for open-road adventures!
There are only minor signs of use on the coach's exterior and interior. Of course, as pictured, it does have peeling of the upholstery on the dinette and sofa that are common to coaches of this ear.
The owners report that all major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are in working order, and everything but the plumbing was used during the on-site visit.
There are a couple of pending items that the new owners will need to attend to, as the coach needs tires based on the 2016 date codes and sidewall cracking.
The owners also noted the convection portion of the microwave is not working either.
Given these pending items, the owners have priced the coach to allow a new owner to address them, but it is still under the current mileage-adjusted book value.
