2013 Forest River Sabre 31RETS, Here we have a 2013 Forest River Sabre 31RETS 5th wheel that we took in trade. This unit was definitely well kept and you can see that by looking at the pictures! This trade in is 35' in length, with (3) slides, and sleeps up to (6) people. The exterior color is white and it has a rear bike/storage rack available. One of the slide outs has windows all the way around giving an excellent view of the outside. Starting from the front of the unit is the bedroom and bathroom area. There is a walk around queen bed with a nightstand on the side. Also, it has mirrored sliding doors for the closest as well as more compartments and drawers at the foot of the bed. The dresser is also located at the foot of the bed for yet again more storage space. The bathroom consists of a mirrored medicine cabinet over the sink, porcelain toilet, and a stand up shower all in one room. There are also plenty of cabinets available for extra space. Coming down the steps from the bathroom and bedroom is where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are located. The kitchen has wood flooring and the rest of the unit is carpeted. There is an available coat rack in the closet as soon as you open the door. This unit is very spacious and has plenty compartments for space, storage, or just room for that matter. You will not feel overcrowded!! The kitchen consists of plenty of wood cabinets as well as a wood paneled refrigerator, stove top, oven, and microwave. An extra added on counter top is also present in the kitchen beside the sink and that can be used as a cutting board or just to prep food. There are plenty of cabinets available for space!! In the dining room is a standing dinette with (4) available chairs and the cushions lift up on the chairs for yet again more storage space. The living room is very spacious and all the furniture is positioned well so that the entertainment center is in a great spot and all members are able to view it. The love seat is on the right of the entertainment center and there are (2) rocker recliners on the left side. The entertainment center has a built in radio, CD, and DVD player. Also, the TV has to raise up from the center and goes back down when your done with it. Very neat and very useful when it comes time to traveling!
