It has Super Slide, Queen bed, Vizio 23" flatscreen LCD TV, New Jensen HD DVD AM/FM CD entertainment center, Flush mounted speakers in ceiling throughout camper and one in storage compartment outside for music while you're not in the camper. This camper is nice and well taken care of. Good tires, good brakes and good spare. It pulls great with a 1/2 ton truck, or Tahoe. I usually pull it with my 3/4 ton, but did pull it with our Tahoe once and it was fine. The camper has an electric jack with LED light on the front for easy hookup, to whatever you want to pull it with and 4 hand crank stabilizer jacks attached. The fresh water tank, black water and grey water tanks are in perfect shape as is the water heater, fridge, stove, oven, a/c, furnace, microwave, toilet, sinks and the bathtub/shower combo. The 20' awning has NO rips or tears and is only 2 years old. The a/c has vents throughout the campers' ceiling and the heat is vented through the floor. The queen mattress (mattress is firm BTW) was new when I bought the camper in June of 2012 and we've only used the camper 5-6 times. I will have the camper looked over by a local RV dealership to ensure everything is in perfect working order before the sale and the buyer will receive a nice camper with clean bill of health. The Low retail suggested price is $11,865 and the average suggested retail price is $14,290. My price is below both.
