Highlights (reasons we purchased this trailer for our family): 1. Sleeps 12 with the beds that are provided and can fit an additional queen size air mattress in the bunk house. The bunk house is very spacious and has a built jackknife sofa. 2. Laundry-shoot. (with that many people in your trailer, it comes in handy). 3. Color changing Awning.
