This RV has low miles and has been well maintained with regular servicing. All features function as they should. There are a couple of places where the decorative trim came loose due to travel.

This 2019 Georgetown GT3 by Forest River is designed to keep you safe and comfortable. It starts with a wide, 30"doorway accessed by the three-tread automatic steps and a rubber entry grab handle. Once inside, close the screen door and enjoy your spacious living area.
In the cockpit, the diver and passenger will love the versatility of the space with the USBs and 12-volt power options on the angled center console. Watch the world go by easily thanks to the low profile engine cover and one-piece panoramic windshield. Stay safe and comfortable with the adjustable 3-point seat belts, armrests, built-in headrests, and cup holders.
The diamond plate rubber floor covering for the driver keeps the area clean and feet from slipping. The driver has a tilt, telescoping steering wheel, and cruise control for maximum comfort. Keep track of what's going on with the color side and rear cameras.
For the passenger who needs to get some work done, slide out the workstation with its cell phone and tablet holder. Keep working even when parked with the 100-volt outlet on the passenger side, which connects to the generator to power up your electronics.
When you need a break, swivel the chairs around and enjoy a cup of coffee over the removable conversation table. Use the 9" Sony entertainment system with AM/FM, Bluetooth, USB, Apple Car Play, and Android auto options. The Shaker-style solid wood cabinets have full extension ball-bearing drawer guides giving the kitchen a residential quality and feel. A Fantastic Fan keeps the area smelling good.
Enjoy a meal at the dinette with its wrap-around seat cushions. You'll find more storage space under the booth. There are two seat belts in the dinette and also two on the couch. Both the dinette and the couch convert to extra sleeping space. There is also extra sleeping space in the 42" x 80" P2K Euro loft power overhead bunk in the cockpit. Close the night shades throughout the RV sleeping.
The bathroom has a vanity with a medicine cabinet, a porcelain toilet with foot flush, an exhaust fan, and a two-piece shower with a frosted glass door. Pass through this area to get to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is its own oasis with a king bed ((72" x 74")--a 7" coil mattress, island style, with a nightstand on either side with USB ports and 110 outlets. In addition to the 40" TV in the living area, the bedroom has a 32" LED TV. It comes prepped for CPAP.
Outside, there is plenty of space for your gear in the Rotocast storage compartments with drains. There is pass-through storage for your umbrella and fishing poles. Keep everything safe with the 2" fiberglass slam latch baggage doors. Enjoy the exterior shower on one side and the outside entertainment center with 32: LED TV and external speakers on the other. At night light the power patio awning with LED lights.
