Fiberglass sides with welded aluminum framing makes it roomy but not too heavy and can be easily towed with a 3/4 ton truck or even some 1/2 ton trucks. The exterior of this unit has normal fading and the awning fabric needs to be replaced if awning will be used regularly. The interior is in very good condition for a pre-owned unit. This unit has been pre-inspected and a walkthrough orientation is included upon sale.
