All the features are operational; the coach had no stains or apparent leaks. Small dent on the entry door latch, but it still operates correctly. A recent tire blowout took out the passenger side fender and caused minor damage to the wheel well; there was no electrical or plumbing damage. Stock #336411 33 ft long, with 2 slide outs and updated tires, awning, sleeps 4. Nice bathroom, bedroom, with fireplace, living room and great working kitchen area. This 2013 Wildcat Sterling Edition 30RL fifth-wheel in Elkhart, KS, is ready for an adventure! This sleek shorter fifth wheel is ready for adventure. The Wildcat Sterling edition is a great fifth wheel for families and tailgaters alike. With an open floor plan, a large master bedroom, and an entertainment center, you'll have all the comforts of home. Additional features include a fireplace in the master suite, a king bed, a TV, and a large shower. Walking into the living area, you'll notice a spacious kitchen to the right with plenty of storage. To the left are the family room and the dining area, the residential refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop with oven, and all those cabinets! In the family area is a nice sleeper sofa across from a fantastic entertainment center with surround sound and massive storage space. Upstairs in the bedroom suite is a full-size queen bed, a full-length slideout, and plenty of drawer space. You'll also find a full-size shower, sink, and porcelain toilet in the master suite. The sterling edition is a quality fifth-wheel, and the coach shows well: the exterior decals are uniform with shiny, some normal discoloration around the exterior trim, and some slight fading and crackling on some of the decals. The coach is in good condition: the exterior gel coat could use good waxing and detail, some discoloration around the exterior trim and decals, and the rear hitch storage allowed small items to be stored outside. The roof shows well, a small area around the skylight is professionally sealed and repaired resealed, the living room and bedroom slideout seals show no wear or tearing, there's a 2" bumper-mounted Storage rack, and the underside looks clean with minor road damage. The interior is in good condition: the upholstery is supple with no tears, stains, or odors, the RV queen bed has been replaced with a residential queen mattress and platform, and there is some minor wrinkling of the ceiling coating in a couple of areas overall the interior finishes shows no wear patterns, stains or odors. Upholstery on the sofa, dinette, and draperies shows very well, with no stains, tears, fraying, or odors. Reason for selling is no longer using.
