Inside is clean, with no odors, and both the driver & passenger seat is showing wear on the armrest (photoed).

Gasoline Class A, powered by a Triton V10 6.8L Ford engine pushing 320HP. Only has a little over 50,600 miles.
Nice layout, user friendly, full access while driving down the road to prepare a quick snack or use the facilities.
The booth dinette is taller than average as the owner increased the height of the table to make it easier to get in and out of. Booth (can be returned to the standard height if needed).
The kitchen provides ample storage for dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. Equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven combo, pantry, and double kitchen sink.
Reason for selling is moving up in size, will be spending more time on the road..
