The coach is in good condition with several comments. On the exterior, there is some sun damage (checking) on the decals. The body is in overall good condition with normal wear and tear. The tire age code is 1214, and there are some cracks on the sidewalls. The driver and passenger seats are showing wear and have been covered with nice covers for improved aesthetics. The sleeper sofa also has a cover due to normal wear and tear for the upholstery used in this year of coach. The awning is not working and the front window shade only goes down 1/3 way and needs to be evaluated. House batteries are dated 10/23. Stock #432780 Clean! Beautiful, short, gas, Class A coach! This Georgetown is small enough to get anywhere, but still has plenty of room inside to be comfortable for long camping trips.
