2007 Forest River 410DST-4 400hp Charleston 3 slide 400hp, We are listing this motorhome on ebay for a no reserve auction. You can bid to purchase or call us direct. The highest bidder will be the new owner. If you bid thru ebay, you have 72 hours to pay the balance in full, or we will not sell it for the bid price. For our buy it now price of $59k, and you approach us directly, we are lots more flexible on the payment terms. Please do not call and ask us to price the rv or end the auction early. $59k is the price. If you make a close offer and can pay us quickly then we can discuss. Otherwise, please just bid and who knows, maybe you will win it for less. This motorhome has been in a flood supposedly. This motorhome has a salvage title. Please check with your state about registration. Most states will accept a SALVAGE title. Most insurance companies will fully insure a salvage title motorhome. However the insurance companies will most likely pay a reduced amount but you are paying a significantly reduced price when you purchase. NADA retail for this RV is $90k. Since this RV has a salvage title we are asking $over $30k less than the retail value. If this RV did not have a salvage title we would be asking $90k. The title is salvage so we are pricing at $59k or $30k under priced. Please do not ask for a significantly cheaper price, we are pretty firm at $30k under value. The water system works and has been drained. The furnace heat works. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known.. The generator is running. The engine or dash AC does seem to blow cold air. The Ford 460 Fuel Injected GASoline engine runs as it should, no problems. The 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. There is a fridge / freezer that works. Both of the roof ac units work. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail.
