Not a " Chariot Hightop" model, but a hi-top van conversion. Original owner, excellent condition (one scratch on driver's door), mostly self-contained van conversion for one or two constructed by Alliance Van conversions in Van Nuys, CA. 26K miles on new factory 4.6 V8 Flex-Fuel engine - installed by Galpin Ford - when under warranty - including new hoses belts and coolant - at 52K miles - purrs like a kitten - 15-16 MPG hiway, auto (tow-haul 4 speed O/D) trannie and differential flush at 60K miles, all service is well documented and done at Ford Dealers (mostly Galpin) - oil changes every 3,500 - 5,000 miles max, 4X disc brakes still at 10mm and tires check green at Galpin, factory upgrade 8600# chassis with 3/4 ton lug pattern, air bags in the rear, new front shocks, entry steps on both sides - short entry step for driver's side and longer one including side door entry on passenger's side, 16" custom top, all inside insulated with R-19 with beautiful resin sealed paneling and plenty of storage space in 3/8" plywood very sturdy corner cubbies and shelves also resin sealed, front and rear air conditioners with independent switches in dashboard, power windows and doors locks (FOB), AMFM with MP3 plug, 1,600 Watt Tripp-Lite power inverter for AC voltage and twin Trojan 105A deep cell house batteries, tow (2) Tripp-Lite 300/350 Watt inverters - they pull less battery power - for front above bed (I use a CPAP there) and rear (office area) AC power, Samsung 23" 1080 flat TV and Philips DVD player, Fantastik Fan 3-speed reversible, with new fan assembly included, NO side windows - stealth mode - only rear doors have (tinted) windows - Alliance can install windows, NO hot water heater - just cold water from fresh tank (16 gals) for large stainless sink which drains to gray tank (8 gals) and Dometic elongated porcelain foot-flush toilet - in the rear area - which drains to black tank (8 gals), 12 Volt water pump resides under the sink, tanks concealed in the chassis under rear area (easy out for maintenance), easy dump procedure with hose and adapter - takes me 15 minutes, spare tire with custom cover mounted on standard rack on rear door, currently has a twin angled bed for one person with the swiveling/reclining passenger seat moved to the rear area adjacent the bed for the work desk, with storage bins under - I have a folding bike not included) in place of the passenger seat, However, for two.... I will pay to have the passenger seat re-installed by Alliance up front and you can then use a queen sized mattress for sleeping for two, chrome grille and standard hub caps - rear caps were stolen... I'll buy new ones to match for the rear. More pictures available I can send via e-mail. You may call me at 818-429-8875.
