The sellers are 2nd owners and have owned it for 4 years.
The front tires are 24 months old and the rear are 12 months. Both house and engine batteries are 24 months old. The TVs were replaced 6 months ago with smart TV and all the lights have been replaced with LED's.
This has been well taken care of with annual maintenance and stored inside, raised up on jacks so not to have flat spots on tires.
Some of the good features that the seller loved was the bunk over the cab that raises and will sleep two.
There is a nice U Shape dinette that transfers into a large sleep area that will also sleep two.
