The RV is in very nice shape for the year. The exterior is not faded, and the interior looks good as well. It does have a few fogged windows, and it will need new tires. During a recent survey the inspector find indications of previous water intrusion but he could not find the source. The coach looks presentable. The full paint looks to be in good condition, except for the clear coat peeling from the front cap and minor scrape on the front bumper. No body damage was seen. The interior looks great, no damage was seen. The entry steps are not finished, they can be tiled or covered with carpet. The tires look to be in good condition with deep tread, no DOT dates were seen. There is minor corrosion on the chassis. The seller discloses the generator does not work, the refrigerator currently is not working. The automatic steps do not work and the leveling system does not work.
