The air conditioning was on and blowing cold.
The furniture was recently reupholstered with new leather.
The tires are over five years old, so they might need to be replaced.
Update 12/112023 - tires have been replaced and are new! Carpet has also been replaced and is new. Engine battery is new. Chassis batteries were replaced late summer.
