This RV is in good condition. HaS 6 new tires. The appliances are working and are clean. The floor is solid all around. The upholstery was redone in 2019 by the manufacturer. As you come in the coach through its retractable 2 steps, you are greeted by a big open layout. On the driver's side, you have a dinette and a convertible L-shape sofa to entertain your guess.
