- Queen bed on one end + full bed on other. - Garage stored.- Freshly painted interior...cabinets, ceiling, everything!- New flooring.- New, custom countertops.- New cushions & curtains.- Dry as a bone. We have been through rainstorms and not a drop of water reaches the interior.- Canvas is in wonderful condition.- A/C is very cold.- Title is clean, and registration sticker is good though 8/2017.- Tows great. I have a F-150 and it's a breeze.- Propane tank included.- New battery! I purchased it on 8/30/16. (MAXX-24-DC)- Built-in gas furnace (though I've never used it as our portable elec. space heater does great).- Exterior hookup for water (via garden hose). This feeds interior sink.- Power cord for 30amp hookup included.- Fresh water tank NOT included. The 12v water pump is still installed and works, but I removed the tank as it was a bit "funky" from the previous owner. We always survive just fine using the campsite's water hookup and/or water jugs.- 2ea. dome lights in the ceiling (can use both 12v or 120v power)- 120v AC to 12v DC power converter (utilizes campsite's power to recharge onboard 12v battery)- Storage in long cabinet, beneath both benches, and under kitchen sink.- Tire tread at ~70%.Though our family has poured a lot of sweat equity into this RV, I need to free up the space in the garage for my next project.
