2005 Fleetwood Wilderness 28, 2005 Fleetwood Travel Taylor RV for Sale - $7,495 OBO Hard to find travel trailer with 2 doors sleeps 6 located in Concord CA This RV has gone though a major restoration process due to water damage and comes with a salvage title. All systems are in perfect working order including but not limited to: - Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, range top, hood fan, hot water heater, central air and heat, radio, CD player, TV, water pump, fresh, grey and black water tanks, inside and outside shower, slide out, outside awning etc, etc. Exterior has no dents! The entire starboard side (passenger side) of the RV was removed and all wooden structural members were replaced with fresh wood. Every joint on the slide has been connected with wood screws and glued with biscuit cut joints making this RV incredibly strong! NO staples were used in the reassembly of this RV. Restoration was also done to the floor as well and a complete rebuild and reassembly of the slide. Everything is in perfect working order! New replacement parts and materials include: - New starboard side insulation R16 - New sub floor and Pergo grey stone flooring - New baseboard round wood molding on floors - New master bedroom and slide re-carpeted with brown shag carpeting - New tires on all 4 wheels that have less than 100 miles on them - New auxiliary battery (this RV comes with dual batteries) - New 30lb LPG propane tank (this RV comes with dual tanks) - New propane regulator and hoses - Reconditioned slide seals - Reconditioned roof with fresh UV reflecting pain - Comes with custom canvas cover This RV comes standard with: - Refrigerator and freezer - 4 burner range - Microwave - Central heat and air conditioning - 4 speaker stereo system with CD player and 13 TV with integrated VCR - 1 fresh water tank, 1 grey water tank and 1 black water tank. - 4ea stabilizer hand crank screw jacks 1 of the jacks is bent and needs to be replaced but I have the spar jack and am throwing that in. The jack just needs to be installed and the old one cut off. Some interior wallboard issues remain so she could use a little more work to make the RV cosmetically perfect on the inside near the master bedroom. Some of the window screens are missing, the fold out couch needs to be attached to the slide, kitchen blinds need to be attached. Etc. This RV has a salvage title but looks great and works great.
