2007 Fleetwood Wilderness 3202BDS, 2007 Terry Wilderness Model # 310 2BDS (31 ft, dual slide). I bought this from SoCal RV in 2014 (for $15,000 they did a lot of remodeling) so that I had a place to stay at my work after seriously injuring my back and specifically sought out this layout because its got, in essence, two private rooms. The master bed up front, which has doors, and the bunkhouse in back, which has a sliding accordion door (plus another accordion in hallway to provide privacy) which, if you have a teenage daughter is important. I no longer need it but its parked here at my work yard, and it is currently completely hooked up so you can come by and test everything inside. I also dont live far away so I can meet you here more or less anytime, any day. The good: Recently replaced power converter (have receipts). Interior is in very good condition, carpet replaced in 2014. Roof does not leak. The not so good: FRIDGE: Recently, the fridge started losing its ammonia so it smells horrible inside (ammonia leaking out into air) and this is a sort of typical or expected issue with the refer. I would (can) fix it but the price reflects the fact that it is not fixed so you either need to either have the Dometic gas/ammonia fridge repaired, or, replace it with a conventional fridge and I could help do either one however the price, again, does not reflect this. Im a handy person and if youre not, like I said, I could help get that sorted out depending upon what you prefer but I assume most people will deal with this on their own. The last time I started the fridge, it cooled totally fine but again, this must be sorted before you live inside this. RANGE FAN/LIGHT: The fan/light over the range does not work, never has since I bought it but, I didnt really need it as I rarely cooked inside this unit. I am pretty sure its just a wire issue but Ive not pulled it apart to check it out. TOILET: I have tried to replace the seal in the toilet but they keep sending me the wrong one. It works, but will not hold water forever (sometimes it does, sometimes not). However, importantly it does not let smells get in. In other words, the seal is still good enough that it doesnt allow smells inside. Replacing it is seriously easy, and, Id be happy to do it if I could just get the new rubber seal. LIGHTS: A couple lights stopped working and I cant figure out why. Its not the bulbs or a fuse, it appears to be the lights themselves. The trailer has so many lights that its not really been an issue so, I havent fixed it and the light locations are not what I would call critical. Other notes: Have never used awning, suspect its not in great shape, at least, the last little bit has become frayed. $10,900.00 3239134193
