The 2005 39.5 Fleetwood Triumph 5th Wheel is located on the best lot of Hatch RV Park in Corpus Christi Texas. The Triumph is the luxury model by Fleetwood, with crown molding, recessed lighting, upgraded cabinets and countertops, pleated shades and curtains; entertain center, fireplace, 2 sky lights, 2 side lights. The 5 slides all have good rubber seals, and slide perfectly for easy transport. Two living area slides, Kitchen slide, King Size Bed slide with Entertainment slide. It is in excellent condition for its age of 11 years. The living area has a full size “comfortable” sleeper futon, rocker recliner, TV, and stereo surround, with sliding French doors for privacy. It has full size Kitchen with Corian counter tops, a full size conventional refrigerator with ice maker, kitchen table with matching chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a walk around king size bed, under bed storage, full size shower, and separate toilet. There is plenty of storage in every corner of this RV! This is a great park model to live in, or take on the road! All 4 tires are in good condition. New Coleman 15K btu, thermostatically controlled ducted air conditioner May 2015 New Whirlpool Refrigerator July 2015 Power washed roof, new Dicor Rubber Roof EPDM system with and 3 tubes of lap sealant, 3 yr. warranty, August 2015 Replace both ski lights, above shower and above King size bed. Retractable pleated black out shade for bedroom skylight. May 2015 New laminated wood grain floor in the kitchen, and kitchen slide July 2015. 4 new slide toppers, with upgraded material (white) May 2016, . Awing is in great shape, and fully retractable with De-flappers. Built in Outdoor Entertainment (stereo) Black Water push button Automatic Gate, May 2014 Outside security light, LED with motion sensor. Wooden Outdoor platform goes with the 5th wheel. Small combination washer/dryer, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Not worth the effort for just 3 or 4 pieces of clothes anyway. (my opinion) Absolutely no leaks, no soft spots. All the windows open and close, each window has radiant heat protection for full sun summer protection.
