2011 Fleetwood Tioga Ranger 31' Class C Motorhome, model "31N". Ford Triton V10 engine on a Ford E450 super duty chassis, with low miles (77,400). Big slide out in the living room (kitchen/sleeper sofa), and another slide in the rear (Bedroom/Bunk). Sleeps up to 9 (if not 10), lots of room! This was one of the highest end models that Fleetwood made in 2011, and is fully self contained. Has the overhead cab bunk, sleeper sofa, dinette booth up front, another dinette booth in the rear that converts to a bunk, and the rear queen bedroom. Full kitchen, full bathroom, generator, and even an LCD TV. See the YouTube video, for a tour, along with the last pictures for the original brochure from Fleetwood and the floor plan. We just got this RV from the original owners (customer trade in), and they took really good care of it. RV is ready to take you and the whole family (even kids and grand kids on your next adventure!Up front, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, heated mirrors, etc. For your entertainment: AM/FM/CD stereo, 25" LCD TV in the living room, DVD, and TV antenna with digital receiver, etc. Living room has a sleeper sofa and dinette booth (kitchen and sleeper sofa are on a slide). Along with the overhead cab sleeper, rear bunk, and rear queen bedroom, RV sleeps 9 (even 10 with kids) in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet, vanity, and shower. At the rear of the RV, is another slide out. Here you will find another booth dinette area, that converts to a bunk, beside this is the private queen bedroom, with lots of closets and storage. Cold ducted roof A/C unit along with a ducted gas furnace. Onan 4000 gas generator, runs great, and is very quiet. Rear ladder and hitch for towing.
