Tires have less than 10k miles on them and still have a few years of life left. The wood in the top right side of the cabover bunk has a water stain from a leak while the RV was in storage. The leak has been repaired and there is no structural damage. There is also a crack at the top rear of the shower surround as shown in the pictures.
