Want to get compliments at every gas station about how great your RV looks? Then this is the one for you. We've loved this RV! It is just time for something different. This RV has a lot of beds (6) that can sleep up to 10 depending on how much you like each other/are related. Over the cab bed, sofa that converts, dinette that converts, two convertible bunkbeds, plus the master RV Queen. Lot's of dining space as bunkbeds convert to second dinette area. Seat belts for couch, dinette, and second dinette, plus driver and passenger seats. Full kitchen with three burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave oven, dual kitchen sinks, pantry, cabinets, and drawers. Powered by AC electricity or generator so you can make food while you're driving which saves a lot of time and money.Full bathroom with porcelain toilet, sink, enclosed shower that fits someone 6'6", medicine cabinet, plus regular cabinets, and GFI power outlet. Water is heated by 6 gallon propane hot water heater and water pressure is supplied by either external hose or by water pump drawing from the 60 gallon fresh water tank. No need to stop for a bathroom because you can use yours at any time. Always having a shower really expands available activities. Also included is an external shower head w/ hot and cold water for washing off before you get in (great for after the beach, washing the dog, etc.) Air Conditioning unit keeps it cool, two propane heaters with separate zones and thermostats keep it warm. Fridge works on electricity or propane. Tires (6 plus spare) are Michelin and are at 80%. All batteries are new (Engine plus 2 auxiliary Golf Cart type batteries). Flat screen TV and Surround Sound w/ subwoofer. TV antenna works but has limited range. Has external cable ports. We are not big media users so some of this could stand an upgrade as DVD player does not work but unit is only for the surround sound. Lot's of storage compartments both inside and out. Two compartments pass all the way through allowing for larger items to be stowed.Power requirements are 110v 30 amp. Cummins generator runs on gasoline with a direct line to the gas tank. 1/2 year remaining on limited mechanical warranty. Also includes 30 amp power cable extension, water hoses, sewer hoses, plastic leveling blocks, aluminum stabilization jacks, all manuals and advice. Towing hitch included w/ electrical connectors
