2004 Fleetwood Tioga SL 31' Class C Motorhome, model 31W. Ford Triton V10 engine on a Ford E450 super duty chassis, runs and looks amazing. Like new condition! Only 17,900 miles. Big slide out in the living room (sleeper sofa/dinette booth). Sleeps up to 8 in total, lots of room! This was one of the highest end models that Fleetwood made in 2006 (is the SL version, which was top of the line) and is fully self contained. Has the overhead cab bunk, sleeper sofa, dinette booth, and the rear queen bedroom. Full kitchen, full bathroom, and generator. See the YouTube video, for a tour.Up front, at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, heated mirrors, etc. For your entertainment: AM/FM/CD stereo, 19" TV in the living room, satellite dish, and TV antenna. Living room has a sleeper sofa and dinette booth (sleeper sofa and dinette booth are on a slide). Along with the overhead cab sleeper and rear queen bedroom, RV sleeps up to 8 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and vanity, across the hall is the shower. At the rear of the RV, is the private queen bedroom, with lots of closets and storage. Cold ducted roof A/C unit along with a ducted gas furnace. Onan 4000 gas generator, runs great, and is very quiet (only 275 hours). Rear ladder and hitch for towing. Main awning over the passenger side, and slide topper. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California.
