Ford Chassis, gasoline engine, with automatic transmission, cruise control, AM/FM/CD dash radio. This unit includes a patio awning (needs repair), rear ladder, generator, exterior storage compartments, roof & dash air conditioning, furnace, kitchen: with refrigerator, freezer, stove top, oven, and microwave, bathroom: with toilet, sink, and shower, & trailer hitch. The motor home as not been checked out other than for inspection, do not know if appliances or anything else works. Roof leaks. Runs and drives, new engine battery. Items needed for inspection: All the tires are bad, Multiple lights out, Both battery tie downs missing, Wipers need replacement, Exhaust pipe lose, Left and right kingpins are bad, Front brake pads & rotors, E-brake cable needs replacement, Rear Axle seals, Rear brakes and drums, All brake hoses dry rotted, radiator support and body bushings rusted out
