This is a 1999 -- but with a Newer Roof, heater, sink piping, awning and slide out. Anything that every went wrong over the years was Fixed quickly and with better quality !! Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Water and Hot water, Air Conditioning, Heater, Slide, awning- Everything works. Comes with Batteries and Propane Tanks. Lots of Storage inside and out. You can also stand up and walk around the bed. We have owned this for about 12 years and bought it from local friends in 2003 who purchased it new. It had a new roof put on in about 2009 and a skylight was added. The super slide was completely rebuild in 2011, later in 2011 it got a new awning, then last year (2014) the other side was rebuilt and a new heater board was put in. It does NOT leak and everything works. A cargo holder was welded on the back to haul the generator (the generator is Not included & You could take off the holder if you didn't want it) We lived in it while working out of town for 3+ years ( 2011- 2014) so it has been USED with normal wear and tear and some stain on carpet. Living in Oregon we love to camp and this is a great "take it all" camper. This is ready to go with included batteries, and Propane, however other things shown in some photos are NOT included (no tupperware or cooking/dining items, NO TV) You are bidding on the 5th wheel only. One other detail, it will need tires soon. We are pretty firm on the price even though it is listed above NIVD a little it has so many upgrades - and repair upgrades that we feel it is at least worth 6500.00.
