2005 Fleetwood Terra , This is a gently used and well cared for motor home. The 26Y chassis is actually 27 feet long. Powered by a GM 8.1 Liter (454 cu. in.) Vortec V8 with a 4L80 3 speed with overdrive trans. 4 wheel hydraulic power disc brakes., The coach has 43,300 miles. The Onan 4KW generator has less that 70 hours. Both windshields replaced aprox. 3 years ago. Tires are 2 years old with aprox. 14 K miles.Spare is rear mounted with new cover and has never been on the ground. The roof was re-sealed and re-caulked aprox 1 1/2 years ago. Chassis battery is less than 1 year old and house batteries (2- 6V golf cart batteries) are aprox 3 years old. 600 watt converter is 1 1/2 years old. The A/C is ducted, as is the gas forced air furnace. Water is 6 gal. gas only. Has 3 burner range top and gas oven. Has microwave, refrigerator (gas or 110V), double sink with new faucet. Indoor/outdoor thermometer, Coach has AM/FM/Cassette/CD player. Sun shade and privacy shade on all coach windows and they are all tinted. Windshield has pull around privacy curtains.Toilet is brand new (never used). Has dash mounted trip computer that reads 4 functions at once (ex. average/current fuel mileage,voltage/oil pressure/outside temp etc.) Front steering stabilyzer, rear suspension trac bar (new). Exterior was just buffed and waxed, graphics (3M) are 1 year old.Coach has lots of interior cabinet, underbed and under dinette bench storage.
