We are the original owners of this 2005 Fleetwood Southwind 32VS motorhome with standard features such as: (2) power slides, auto-leveling jacks, dual AC units, Corian countertops, 6-way power drivers seat, (2) queen beds (rear and sofa) plus dinette converts to a bed, swivel recliner, 17' electric awning, dual power outside mirrors and more. Everything works and in the past year we have done the following upgrades and maintenance: (6) new Hankook tires ($2600), (2) slide out toppers, (2) skylights, (2) front dual-pane windows, (2) blinds in living area, new microwave and serviced the generator, leveling jacks, (2) AC units and replaced the front and rear cap moldings. The coach includes: (3) TV's, surround sound audio system (AM-FM-DVD-VHS), all dishes, pots, pans, bedding, (2) outside mats, (2) BBQ's, outdoor fire pit, 16' flag pole and holder, leveling pad set, bike rack (holds 3-4), tire covers, Dish Network receiver, the sewage/gray water hose and city water hose. The coach has only been outside of California 2x to Lake Havasu and the balance of our trips were to local beaches. We just had the exterior detailed and it's looking good. Perfect coach for families and retirees alike as its very easy to drive.
