This 1990 Class A motorhome was built on the 1989 Chevy 454 platform and has it all. We are the second owners and put only 4,000 miles on it in 11 years. It tows, hauls excellent and has never given any indication of its age - with the low mileage, why would it? We have not had it on the road in over 4 years so now it is just taking up space in the barn. If you are looking for a true luxury RV, this is worth taking a look at. It is not a base model and outside of a few minor items (listed below), it is roadworthy and as solid a vehicle as it gets. Engine and drive train:454ci Chevrolet motor, automatic transmission, PS/PB, cruise, tilt wheel, cab A/C (needs new compressor), good tires all around with OK spare (all holding air after 4 years in storage). Also has the upgraded Mor-Ryde RV suspension.Southwind Features:12 volt main electric (new battery) with 12 volt auxiliary for chassis (both with disconnects)30 amp plug-in electric2 swivel reclining Flexsteel captains chairs in front (2 Cabella seat covers included)1 additional swivel passenger chairMagic Bed sofa-sleeperDinette convertible to full size bedQueen bed in back bedroomBuilt in Magic Chef microwaveDometic RM 2801 gas/electric refrigerator (very cold)20 gal LPG tank with remote guage4 burner gas stove with large ovenTV's (analog) front and back wired throughout with antenna switching and DVD playerRoof A/CHydroFlame propane furnace with vents throughoutAM/FM/Cassette radio wired throughoutKwikee Electric stepsBuilt in Magnatek converter/battery chargerOnan 4000 watt Emerald I genset with remote start/stop65 gal freshwater tank40 gal grey water tank30 gal waste water tank90 gal fuel tank6 gal gas hot water heaterUnder sink water filter (needs new cartridge holder)Sleeps 6, drives 10Lots of inside storage - closet, overheads, under seats, under bedTons of outside locking "basement" storage with lightsUnder hood lightingOptions:Shower with tubRear view cameraTrailer hitchLuggage rack with ladderDrivers Side door with roll-down windowMor-Ryde suspension (great for towing)Outside faucet/sink17' Faulkner roll-up porch awning (needs new retraction spring) 4' Faulkner roll-up window awningScreen DoorUnder awning LPG port with 2 burner grill/stove/toaster oven accessoryCustom removable outdoor side table with under counter coffee makerBathroom roof vent travel cover All upholstery is in excellent condition (plastic covers until we bought it - until I removed the seat cover for the pictures, I had never seen the front seat fabric), carpet is in good condition but needs a shampooing, plumbing and electrical all work as they should.
