This has been a great gasser for us. Traveled out west several times. The unit is in great shape and we have added a couple of mods to it. Took out the chair and installed an oak fold down table with storage (photo). I use a Wilson Mobile wireless booster and WIFI Ranger for safe Internet and will leave both in the unit when sold. I have all the information for the installed options and also the plumbing and wiring diagrams. We need to down size now and will be sorry to sell. Our second home does not have much wear at all. There are a couple of small scratches that I have photos of if you want. Although I don't have a record of all the times I changed the oil and greased the chassis I do have all the times I had to let others change it for me. The unit has all the options that the Southwind comes with. The photos show the table and chair option. It has a Sleep Number bed that is great and the couch has the air mattress. The tires are 6 years old. Drivers captain chair has some wear on the arm rests. I have had the unit weighed on all four corners and was well within tolerances and have that report if needed.
