Thank you for looking at our RV. We have become too busy and don't use the RV anymore so we're hoping to sell it to someone who will enjoy it as much as we have. We've owned it for almost 15 years and purchased it when we lived in Arizona. The RV has a queen size master complete with matching bedspread and window dressings, 2 bedside storage tables and lots of storage under the bed and above the bed. There is a T.V and separate A/C unit which keeps it cool during the warmest of evenings. Living room has a couch that folds out into a bed and TV. Drivers and passenger Captains style seats swivel around to face the living room. Bathroom area is a private room with a toliet, shower, sink and medicine cabinet. Across from the bathroom is a large 3-door closet. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, under sink water filter, linoleum floor, table and 2 swivel chairs. Built on a Chevy chassis and has only 47k miles, Onan 5k generator with 778 hours, hydralic levelers, 2 A/C units, 4 awnings, back up camera, drivers side door with roll-down window, rear ladder and hitch for towing. Power steering, power mirrors, cuuise control, dash A/C, AM/FM radio, All windows come with screens, honeycomb blinds and heat reflective/privacy inserts on windows. Full basement storage, rubber coating on roof. Runs well. Some of the trim on cabinets has warped due to heat. Normal external paint fading, roof had small leaks which were repaired when discovered. Some slight staining on ceiling which I believe could be cleaned. Passenger side windshield has crack. On occasion, the automatic steps partially retract. We've taken the RV in to have this looked at, but the dealer wasn't able to get the steps to duplicate the partial retraction. Please, we ask that only serious buyers bid on this. Unfortunately the last "buyer" who won the bid never paid.
