I have here a nice Fleetwood Wilderness 30' fifth wheel RV. Built in 1999, but still good to go. Currently using it while I'm here in Memphis. I no longer have a truck that will pull it so it needs to go before I leave Memphis. The RV has two electric slides. One for the living room and one for the bedroom. The leveling jacks are electric as well in the front, manual in the back. Currently has SUV tired and rims for a better towing experience. The roof was replaced after a leak just a couple of years ago. The new roof material is much thicker and of better quality than the factory material, so it will last for years to come. I recently replaced the toilet (two weeks ago). The old aqua magic was on its last leg and the new dometic is a major improvement. Replaced shower head this week for a water saving model that also provides better water pressure. Recently refitted the water heater with new connectors. The bedroom will come with the stock mattress, but it will hold any full or queen sized mattress you want to put in it. The living room has a pull out couch and an older TV that will stay with the RV. Everything works and is ready to be tested.
