I have for sale a 1995 Tioga Montara motorhome built on a Ford 350 chassis, with a 460 engine and automatic transmission with overdrive. Vehicle is very sound mechanically and starts and runs very well. We just made a 3200 mile trip in it with no issues. We get about 9 mpg on the road with this vehicle. Reason for selling, we are looking to move up to a larger motorhome. This is a 22' model with over cab queen bed, it has two jack-knife couches which both make a bed, will sleep 4 comfortably and 6 if children are included or you really like who you are sleeping with.It has a 4000 watt Onan generator that starts easily and works great. There is also a table that mounts between the two couches. Some improvements we have made since owning the vehicle are, new carpet in lliving area, new tile in kitchen and bath area, new water pump, new microwave, 19" Sanyo flat screen tv, new Pioneer am/fm cd player with four new speakers, new ac cover, new bath roof vent, new roof top vent cover, new fridge vent cover, new alternator and belts, new BF Goodrich tires over $1200.00 value alone, new heavy duty torque converter in trans, two new batteries, new stainless steel wheel covers, I'm sure I am mssing some items. All appliances and mechanical items work as they should, roof and dash air are cold. The awining has a piece missing on one of the slide rafter arms, I have not yet been able to locate the piece to replace, it is still usable I just secure the one side with a stake and tie down rope. I am still trying to locate the piece. I have all receipts for work done on the unit since I have owned it. The coach has leaked in the past but no stains in the ceiling and no known active leaks at this point. The coach has a rubber roof installed by previous owner. There are extra shelves in the kitchen area installed by the previous owner, they add quite a bit of extra storage to the area. If you have any questions feel free to ask, thanks for looking. This vehicle is for sale locally so I reserve the right to end auction in the event it sells locally.
