The overall condition of this vehicle is very good. The miles are very low for the year. The current owner bought it a few months back but isn't using it enough to justify keeping and he purchased it from the original owner who used it sparingly. The interior is also overall very nice though the ultra-leather seats and dinette show typical flaking and will need to be addressed. The current owner uses seat covers for the front seats but to make the coach tip-top the upholstery will need to be replaced. 2004 Fleetwood Southwind 36B Class A Gas Motorhome with three slides and only 37K miles. This beautiful motorhome has been very well taken care of and has everything you need. With opposing front slides it makes it feel very open and roomy, and with the ability to sleep 5 that extra room could come in handy. The kitchen is my favorite area, with the beautiful solid surface countertops and flush mount covers it gives you lots of counter workspace for practicing your inner chef. It has a large, convenient pull-out cutting board and a large double basin stainless steel sink with a single-lever faucet and a separate tap for filtered water, and the mirrored backsplash is also a nice touch. There is a GE convection microwave, an Amana three burner cook top and oven, and the cook top is recessed so that cover sits flush with the counter, as well as a Norcold four door stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. It has a convenient pull-out pantry to make it easy to find what you need as well as an additional pull-out storage space by the sink. With dual AC units and controls you won’t have any problem staying comfortable. In the living area you have day/night shades, a movable reclining lounge chair, a sleeper sofa and a booth dinette that converts to a bed. The dinette has storage drawers attached under the table as well as large drawers under the bench seats, and the table has built-in cup holders as well as a built-in wire feed hole above the wall power outlet in case you need it to double as a computer work space or charging station. Above the cab area there is a Vizio flat screen TV and a LG Blu-ray player with surround sound. There is also an extremely convenient driver’s door with a roll down window, and the passenger side has a sliding window. The Ultraleather captain’s chairs have arm rests and a power driver's seat. The in-dash storage compartments and a slide-out computer workstation are unique, convenient touches. It also has a back-up camera and Power Gear automatic electronic leveling. The queen walk around Restonic pillowtop bed has nightstands and cabinets. There is a large mirrored, lighted wardrobe at the foot of the bed and several storage drawers as well as a large wall mirror. The bathroom sink has lots of counter space, there is a mirror with vanity lighting, a medicine cabinet, a wall hanging hair dryer and a large corner glass enclosed shower with skylight. The private enclosed john has a foot flush toilet, a shelf and cabinets. There is also a convenient Splendide washer/dryer combo and a Eureka handheld vacuum. This unit is on a Workhorse chassis with a GM Vortec 8100 engine. It has an Onan 5500 generator with 525 hours, a large patio awning and slide toppers as well as an outdoor shower. There is ample basement storage space and the storage compartments slide out with the slides, so you won’t have to duck down to get to your things.

2014 Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher 25K, Stepping inside the 25K Jamboree Searcher motor home by Fleetwood, you will immediately notice that there is more space due to the slide. As you enter there is a free-standing recliner to the left. The kitchen area has a three burner range, microwave, and sink. The slide features a dinette and refrigerator. In the back of the motor home, you will find a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is a sink and wardrobe just outside of the bathroom. The front cabover bunk offers more sleeping space for friends.
