2006 Fleetwood Pioneer 280BH, Model 280BH, 13500 BTU a/c, propane heat/fridge/stove, equalizer sway bar control. Everything in good, CLEAN condition & working order. The marine battery is approx 2 years old, propane is empty right now, tires have all new valve stems, comes with a new spare, and it has been winterized for the year. The ONLY things that have ever gone wrong with this camper is the roof has had to be resealed in the back (we let pine needles pile up which caused a "water dam") and it has been patched once (a branch from pine tree fell & punctured the roof). Currently, the vent covers (under the main cover, not leaking) are on order. The originals just fell apart from age. I have the original mattress from the front bed but I will throw in the premium Swedish foam mattress I just bought this past fall & the 19" flat screen Sylvania tv with a full price offer. We bought this camper in 2009 and have only actually towed it 5x. Twice to a campground in Virginia, and 3x times to & from our land in Victoria, Va when we were in the military & bought a piece of land. We used it to camp in while clearing land & enjoying the piece & quiet. Blue book on this year and model ranges from $6200-$9500. It is in ready to go condition. Very clean! $5,200.00
