This auction is for a 2004 Terry Quantum 290FLS Travel Trailer. The dining table and couch aren't built in, so there is a lot more room than most trailers, it is very cozy. It also has a ton of storage space with lots of shelves, closets, under the bed and in the trunk. I bought it lightly used 4 years ago, and have been using it as a personal room for the past 3 years. Please make sure you read the condition descriptions to see all the known issues. If you have any questions or concerns at all, want to see more pictures of anything specific or would like to see it for yourself please contact me and I will reply as soon as I am able. I am accepting offers, it is being sold as is. You have to be able to come and tow the trailer away. There will be a $500 deposit through Paypal, and then the final payment will be made with cashier's or personal check. Once the money is cleared, we will transfer the title. Features: 1 large slide out, 2 door entrance, a rear bedroom with queen bed, sleeper sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, full bath tub/shower with glass enclosure, rear ladder. Electric air conditioner, lp gas furnace, 6 gallon combination electric/lp gas water heater, 3 burner lp gas stove with oven, 2 door combination electric/lp gas fridge. A surround sound speaker system with radio/cd player, microwave, in-line water filter for drinking, smoke free. There is a ~2 year old queen mattress that has been covered with a dust/allergen/water proof cover up until now if you want it. Cosmetic issues: There are some water spots on a couple of the walls and peeling on the shelf paper near the entrance. The entertainment center is scratched/worn and there are a few worn spots/stains on the carpet. I had to replace the shades in the bedroom with light blocking shades, but I still have the originals. A few holes in the walls from where items were hung. In the bedroom there was a headboard behind the bed I removed, and carpeting underneath the bed which I removed and replaced with laminate due to a deodorant previous owners left inside the room which bothered me. There are a few rust stains on the outside above the door and down from the external light. Practical issues: There are some practical issues with it that need to be fixed which I haven't been able to due to health, resources and not being able to tow it. I have not tested any of the appliances using LP Gas, but I know they were all working fully when I bought it 4 years ago; I've only been using the microwave and refrigerator mainly. The external light bulb and some of the internal light bulbs need to be replaced. The awning was ripped off during a storm. Parts of the rubber/sealant on the trailer may need to be replaced, as indicated by some of the siding being slightly bowed/warped. The pump for the fresh water tank was not working last time I used it, it may just be clogged however as it's still making audible noise that it's trying to pump. The water heater didn't work when I tried it on electric some years ago, but I'm guessing I didn't know how it worked and may have burned out the element. The water lines to it might be closed? There's a leak underneath the sink at the water filter fittings, this must be resealed with plumbers tape before using water. There's a brand new filter ready to install. The bathroom sink's faucet is stuck open and needs to be fixed or replaced. I have not been using the bathroom in the trailer for over a year due to not having the water hooked up. The external rear shower is broken and was bypassed. Make sure you use a lower pressure filter on the hose if you're using pressurized water. The LP Gas/CO2 alarm has a broken volume dial and likely needs to be replaced. Living room ceiling vent is taped down, a plastic piece of the crank slide is broken. Vent on roof above fridge is cracked and taped together. Some water drips in the top of the front door when it rains, the seals are eroded and it's not aligned properly. The front door has some problems shutting/latching easily (hold latch open, close door, release latch, push to secure), the handle on the inside cracked off and has been kludged with a quick fix.
