All camping accessories and interior accessories will go with the sale. The coach has a 5KW Onan generator that runs off of the main diesel fuel tank and will run everything with room to spare. The coach has washer and dryer for your convenience. All of the shore batteries are less than 2 years old and have been well maintained. The tires were replaced last season so that is an expense that you need not to worry about. The HVAC units have been upgraded to 2, 15000 BTU Heat Pumps. The roof is less than five years old and is in great shape. The diesel engine is a CAT 330hp and the coach is on a Freightliner Chassis. The motor is rated for a million miles and right now has around 70,000 miles.. There is a total of 3 LED TVs and two blue Rays. There is standard TV antenna and Self Seeking Satellite dish. It is equipped with a double door side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Corian countertops with a three burner stove and a microwave/convection oven. The back bedroom area has a large closet and a queen size bed with plenty of drawer and storage space. The living area has a leather couch that opens to a double bed and there is also an air mattress stored in the coach if needed. There a two motorized slide outs that will open once you are parked and a jacking leveling system that is push button from the drivers seat.The windows are equipped with day and nighttime shades. The unit comes with a 10 gallon water heater and works off of electric and gas. The chassis is equipped with an airbag controlled system and it is very easy to drive. The coach has the heavy duty Allison transmission and it will tow anything that you can hook to it. It already has the tow braking system installed ready to go. There is plenty of storage space inside and out. The coach will also come with a front windshield shade for when parked, a front bib for bugs, a snorkel exhaust system for camping in close quarters.
