A very nice, non smoking, pet free, clean, 2 owner trailer. So many new items, just replaced in Aug 2016. A brand new fridge from Dometic , a new un-used toilet, new un-used folding shower curtain, all 4 new Stabilizing jacks, new micro, new ac/dc converter & new bathroom vent. All weatherproof caulking redone, all lights work, all wheel bearings & seals replaced. Other items not replaced works great, I.E.> A/C, water pump, furnace, gas stove, sound system, water heater, & equipped with power tongue for easy on/off. This trailer is the best for the money on the market. There are a few faults. This trailer does not have an awning. (A heavy storm broke the roller, so just removed it, still have fabric if needed) Previous owner did nor repair a water leak, so does have a few weak spots. Since leak repaired, no more leaks. Only other noticeable defect is, lost a piece of metal on front, can see this on Picture #36. Will be willing to deliver this trailer for .55 mile. Extras that come with this trailer are: 50 Feet used Graded water hose, extra electric cord & extra plugs. This makes this trailer ready for any camp ground, carnival circuit or even 2nd home in Az or Florida.
