2007 Fleetwood Tioga 31W for sale. We are second owners of the RV...purchased used in 2009 from Windish RV in Denver with 3k miles. Unit has low miles (25k), large slide out, gel coat exterior, good tires, Onan generator, 1800 watt inverter, flat screen tv, back up camera, microwave, stove with oven, ducted AC/Furnace, power roof vent, 1 bath, outdoor shower and stereo system, water filtration system, 2 door fridge/freezer, separate bedroom with queen, overhead bunk queen, fold out sofa bed and dinette bed. RV is on a Ford Chassis with Ford Triton V10 engine, good batteries, runs perfectly and has always been maintained. Pen striping shows some fading and cracks, a cam lock on exterior has minor damage around it (pics can be provided), but other than that unit is in good shape cosmetically and still looks sharp.
