Has 30x10 sunroom with 4 beds and a great Foyer with lots of storage. 3 Beds are new. 1 queen size bedroom inside trailer, bed is 1 year old, also a pullout sofa that sleeps two. No leaks. Trailer is maintained every spring and fall by our RV guy. New BBQ with BBQ tent. Shed is 2 years old. Brand new Gazebo tent just purchased this summer. Full size fridge and stove both in great condition. There is a pantry for food. Living Room/Dining combo. This is a wonderful site and is great for a family who enjoys the camping life. There are two pools, lots of activities and a great winter seasonal camping weekends with pot lucks and dances. It was very important to us to keep this site the way we purchased it 3 years ago. . This is perfect for a family with children or a couple. This site is located at Jellystone Campground. Site #15. This trailer has been exceptionally cared for by all owners and is serviced twice a year. This site will include everything inside the trailer and sunroom. The shed and everything inside the shed. Also includes a small boat. The gazebo tent, the BBQ and the BBQ tent. This camper would be a wonderful summer escape on the lake with lots of fun things to do in the campground!
