This RV is basically a 1-bedroom apartment. We converted the bedroom to fit a king-size bed with pillow top mattress, had brand new carpet & laminate wood flooring installed throughout, bought a brand new double bed fold-out sofa, painstakingly added several coats of paint & faux tile backslashes, changed out the faucets from plastic to nice high-rise stainless steel, converted some of the fixtures to LED lighting, and we even have a normal dining table and chairs to make it feel like home. There is a Motion Wingard Satellite Dish for TV hookups in the front area & bedroom, but we removed the outdated TVs and didn't reinstall new ones because we just don't watch TV.We originally purchased this RV in July 2015 to use full-time in Eagle Colorado for the duration of a work project because it was so hard to find housing up here. We put a LOT of time into making the RV feel like a normal space.The 35E layout is one of the best we found. It has a 4-door fridge with an ice maker (runs on gas, electric and battery), a propane 3-burner cook top stove, a microwave, a double stainless steel sink, built in cutting boards, 6 feet of countertop space, a washer/dryer combo and an awesome super slider that opens up the whole kitchen/living space - lots of things that make it feel more like home and less like an RV.The RV itself has 50, 30 & 20 Amp electrical service (and with purchase we will include our high end 50A surge protector, all adapters & extension cables). It also has automatic leveling jacks with a 1-button leveling system (and we also have extra blocks to put under the jacks, which is required at many RV parks). There are also heated holding tanks with a thermostat display in living room to help keep pipes/RV warm in colder temps. It also comes equipped with an Onan Marquis 5500 5.5W generator that runs off the main fuel tank.The driver's area has a motorized front windshield roller shade, a continuous rear view camera, remote controlled heated rear view mirrors and plush leather swivel driver and passenger captain seats.
