You won't find a better price on one of these, we're asking DEALER TRADE-IN value which is $10,000 below book (we can get values printed for you for your information or for the bank). This is NOT a "Mechanic's special" because mechanically, the unit runs awesome. It features a 300hp Cummins diesel engine with a 6 speed Allison transmission. You could take it across the country today no sweat. This is a "Handyman's Special"! :)Here are the things that need to be fixed:-There are 2 A/C units on the trailer, but the one in the front does not blow. The previous owner said that a tech thought it might have been "seized" a few years back and "unstuck" it from the roof and got it to work okay. Maybe doing the same thing will get it to start again... the rear (bedroom) A/C works fine and so does the cab A/C.-The 2 Furnaces in the coach need circuit boards.-A part of the trim is coming off the passenger side exterior. Engine starts up and drives alright, the exhaust is pretty dirty, definitely could use a little tune-up and TLC. I wouldn't call it a "Mechanic's Special", it's BETTER than a "Mechanic's Special", but still could use a mechanic's touch, haha!We know the lights work and the engine runs, we haven't tested all the other appliances, we just don't have time for this and want it to go to someone who wants it for cheap and will put in the time to get it ship shape. We would be selling it for much more if we were to go through the whole thing, test it, detail it, clean / replace carpets...**It could sleep 6 or so.It has a bunk house style bedroom in the back with a bathroom in the far rear.**Bunks in the Back, would need one more matress on the bottom to round out the bunkhouse.
