2004 Fleetwood revolution.40c.This coach has been a non smoking,no pet rv. 56,738 Miles. 728 Hrs on 7500 onan diesel genset. 2 slide outs on drivers side of coach.Cummins 350 horsepower isc engine with allison automatic transmission.Full body paint,Alcoa aluminum wheels with 275-80-22.5 michelin tires.The front tires are BRAND new,the rear tires are 75-80 percent tread.I bought this coach in early spring as this was my families first rv.We used it a few times for camping and decided we wanted a 4 slide out coach to do more traveling and have a little more room,So this one is for sale. The coach is nice shape for a 10 yr old unit,it does have some paint checking and some delamination from age. I bought this coach from the original owner,that bought it in 2004 from lazy days in fla for a price of 228,000.I have all the service history from him,and also have done most of the current service myself as i have a repair shop.As with most coaches,time is the killer and not mileage, I wanted this coach to travel with no problems! I replaced ANYTHING I found that may be a problem traveling. Everything works as it should mechanically and electrically (all ac units,heating,fridge,oven,water etc). I have replaced a few things in my ownership to maintain and beautify the coach.Those items being.... both slide toppers.front shocks,roof recaulked (All rvs need to be done every 2-3 years),new front tires,new wiper blades, 1500.00 worth of hydraulic hoses and fluid for drivetrain and auto leveling jacks (old hoses where ok,but looked dry and i wanted no roadside problems, serpentine belt,alternator, updated coolant tank and antifreeze ,both front chrome mirror arms and the original illuminated grab handle where replaced as the chrome was fading and not to my liking.I have used the coach for roughly 700 miles with NO problems. It is a great rv that sleeps 8 if you had to( 2 in rear queen bed,2 on each triple sofa, and 2 kids on drop down dinette).There are also 3 tvs, 1 flat screen with hdmi in front cab, 1 tv in bedroom and 1 tv in outdoor entertainment center.The rv also has auto satellite dome for direct tv,and a panasonic 5.1 home theater system with am/fm cd and dvd.This was my first rv and wanted the best rv i could buy at my original price point,the fleetwood revolution is a very desirable coach from what i found when i bought this and continue to hold there value.I am not a dealer, so i am pricing this unit properly.
