I am going to relist this great dependable RV that I am 'geared up' to be taking to Key West next week for the Holidays. I will jump in this RV any time and drive it coast to coast if I had the time! Anyway if the buyer wants to make payments over the next 4 months or 120 days I will work with them. I will require a non refundable deposit through ebay and paypal, if for any reason and/or any time the buyer can not hold their part of this agreement I will refund their money that I received as payments for this RV, except the $500 deposit. Of course the RV will sit on my property until it is paid in full. This is a very well maintained and clean Chevy DIESEL powered and P30 drivetrain. The body is FIBERGLASS ! WITH driver's side door and a single size MAGICBED above front seating. This IS NOT the 5.7 engine, IT IS the 6.2 engine that is used in the GMC HUMMERS. I have installed 2 new Firestone tires and front end alignment, new brakes in all 4 corners, with new rear wheel bearings and seals. I average about 11 miles to a gallon of fuel, not bad for all the amenities and 55-60 mph ! I removed the tv antenna and discarded, patched the hole with aluminum and sealed the roof with rubber roof sealant, removed the roof vent rain covers and vents, installed a MAXAIR* power vent w/remote and a new bathroom exhaust fan and light, sealed and installed the existing rain covers. I also sealed the plumbing vents and roof rack supports and anything else that punctured the roof during factory installation. I renovated the interior starting with the removal of the cabinets above the livingroom and bedroom windows (I feel these just crowd the area and are worthless storage). I then removed the damaged and all plywood ceiling, I installed primmed plywood securing with adhesive to the existing styrofoam insulation and temporarily braced the center giving the ceiling, roof framing and supports its original arch. I removed the counter top in kitchen and vanity sink top. I prepared walls surfaces with de-gloss liquid, primmed walls and new ceiling with primmer/sealer and then painted with BEHR* paints. I installed Avalanche by Wilsonart* composite counter tops. I used existing sinks but installed new faucets and shower fixtures. I replaced all the ceiling lights and installed a reading light in bedroom and sitting area of livingroom. I installed LEVELOR* honeycomb style shades with day and night shading, these can be operated and opened top or bottom. I have crown molding on living room and bedroom exterior walls with 12 volt LED lighting. Installed new stove exhaust fan and light (stainless steel). Fabricated new wall cabinet above sink and stove from 3/4' cabinet grade (7ply) plywood. Also replaced kitchen base cabinet doors and pantry shelves with same quality plywood. Former owner install carpeting which is in great shape. The seats and sofa are in original (dated!) and great shape, no tears. Everthing works except what I have listed above. I do have this RV for sale locally and reserve my right to end the sale on ebay at any time.
